Who Decides who Wins MOTM?

Here at RapidByte we use the follwiong System:
* Every 15th of the month we start a poll with a list of potential candidates for MOTM and the RapidByte Staff each get 1 Vote.
* Every staff member HAS to vote, with no exception!
   Winner don't have to be chosen unamimous - Highest Percentage Wins.
* Every 26th of the month we Announce the Winner of MOTM to General forum.
